According to the provisions of the Registration Act, every resident must register his/her main or secondary residence in Austria with the relevant registration authority within three days.

We have a very active and helpful home council here at the Europaheim. Our home representative takes care of various purchases in the home, such as fitness equipment for the gym, games and seating for the common rooms or new furniture for the home's own study room.

She also organizes a large get-together every month, to which all residents are cordially invited. All of this is financed by the income from the gym, the proceeds from parties and a small contribution that is included in the rent (€ 4.30 per person per year).

The common rooms and the corridors to the individual units are cleaned daily by a cleaning company. Our residents are responsible for cleaning their own units.

The deposit and the first rent must be paid before moving in. We will inform you of the amount of this contribution when you move in.

If the residence is returned properly and on time, Europaheim will arrange for the deposit to be refunded no earlier than 45 days and no later than 60 days after the end of the contract. Any bank charges incurred shall be borne by the recipient.

We are generally available by phone in the mornings between 08:00 and 12:00. However, it is easier for you and for us if you send us an e-mail to information@europaheim.at as you are guaranteed to receive an answer.
