With our all-inclusive package, you have full cost control and pay a fixed price for your room every month. All costs, such as operating costs, electricity, GIS fees, internet, etc. are already included in the rent.
There are no additional charges for you.

The rooms in the Europaheim are fully furnished. You will find everything you need there: Bed, wardrobe, table, chairs. This saves you money on new furniture and furniture transportation. Apart from your personal belongings, you only need bedding and cooking utensils.

Europaheim is the ideal place to get to know other students and make friends for life. You will find numerous common rooms in the Europa House. For sports enthusiasts, there is a fitness room as well as the opportunity to play table tennis, table football, billiards/carambol and Taekwon-Do. Music lovers can practice in the piano room and rehearsal room. There is also a TV room and a multimedia room. A party room is available for parties.

As at university, we also have an interest group in the Europaheim. The residence representation is the first point of contact for questions and problems. It also organizes parties and events and is happy to pass on your suggestions and ideas for improvement to the Europaheim management.
